Problem

We have all been there. We are looking at a room and think there has to be a better way to use the space. Ideas abound but there is no guarantee what you are thinking will actually work. But aside from trial and error, what can we do?

Solution

What if you could view your space and see if what you are thinking actually makes sense - before spending money building it. That is where we come in! We have a 3 phase approach to represent your space in such a way that you can see what it might look like.

Phase 1

The first phase focusses solely on the design of your space.

1. Call us at (519)492-1471 or click here to contact us online!
2. We will meet with you and give a full explanation of the service. Select the services link to get a simple idea of what the costs would be like
3. We come to your house and measure up the space. This gives us a chance to view the space, ask questions about what you are looking to do, listen to what you like / don't like and possibly, in conjunction with your requirements, come up with some ideas / suggestions that could work with any ideas you may have.
4. Take all measurements and ideas back to our offices. From there, we design your space whether it involves any or all of kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entertainment centers / storage, and bedrooms. Click here for a couple of examples.
5. A couple of days later, we return with a presentation of what you had asked for and provide some ballpark figures on what this would cost to complete.
6. Following this presentation, an invoice will be presented to cover the cost of the design. On payment, we provide a link to a web server where the entire presentation is stored. This allows you to take some time and reflect on the project at your own time.
7. If necessary (and depending on the amount of changes), we can make modifications to the design if some new ideas come forward. It is our goal that the end result is exactly what you want.
